We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to oversee the end-to-end development of high-impact real estate projects. From identifying opportunities and conducting feasibility studies to managing design, construction, and post-completion outcomes, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of real estate in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Feasibility: Identify and acquire prime sites, conduct feasibility studies, assess risks, and ensure projects align with strategic goals.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of project development, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, manage external partnerships, and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Design & Construction Oversight: Provide input on design development, monitor construction progress, and uphold quality standards.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, customer demands, and emerging opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Legal & Contractual Management: Handle contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure adherence to property laws and construction regulations.
• Marketing & Sales Strategy: Partner with marketing teams to position developments effectively and drive successful sales outcomes.
• Sustainability & Innovation: Champion sustainable practices and integrate cutting-edge technologies into project execution.
• Post-Development Management: Oversee handovers, evaluate project performance, and ensure long-term success.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Experience: 7–10+ years in real estate development or project management, ideally with large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Key Skills:
  • Financial Acumen: Expertise in real estate finance, ROI analysis, investment structuring, and securing project financing.
  • Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Negotiation Excellence: Skilled in negotiating contracts and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with property laws, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
